I create art from the inspirations around me. From the smallest blade of grass to the towering trees surrounding us.

Greenville Arts is the creative endeavor of Shirley Greenville (me).

 

I am a self taught artist who has enjoyed painting and photography since childhood.

 

In my earlier days I enjoyed painting pastel portraits under commission but these days I am spending my creative time painting watercolors mostly inspired by nature and taking photographs.

 

Living in Central Maryland provides year round opportunities for inspiration in my artistic endeavors. From flowers in spring to winter ice storms we have it all.
